Cable Commission

The Cannon Falls Cable Commission is an advisory commission composed of five members total, all appointed by the City Council. The membership includes one Cannon Falls resident, two members of the City Council, Cable Director and the City Administrator.

      (1)   Oversee and provide advisement to the cable department;

      (2)   Be the liaison to City Council for current activities;

      (3)   Oversee cable franchise administration and renewal proceedings;

      (4)   Make recommendations to the City Council on department budget, personnel and equipment purchases.

 Cable Commission will meet as needed.
