The City Administrator is responsible to the City Council for the administration of city affairs. The City Administrator has the power and responsibility to perform all duties specified in the City Charter and City Code, prepare a proposed annual budget, administer it after Council approval, and coordinate activities of all city departments and personnel. Specific duties are outlined in the City Code Chapter 31.
The City Administrator is Jon Radermacher. Jon started with the City of Cannon Falls in December 2024, and prior to coming to Cannon Falls he served as City Administrator in Little Falls, MN from 2015-2024, and Madison, MN from 2010-2015.
